Code of Conduct
The Kenya Patriots Party (KPP) expects all members to uphold the highest standards of integrity, accountability, and respect for democratic values as guided by the Constitution of Kenya 2010.
All candidates seeking elective seats in any election must subscribe to this Code of Conduct.
This code shall not contradict the Constitution of Kenya 2010, Political Parties Act 2011, or any other law.
The Party is not responsible for members’ violations of law or misconduct during or after elections.
Members must uphold integrity and avoid dishonorable conduct such as corruption, discrimination, or inciting violence.
All members shall respect the equality of all persons regardless of sex, race, tribe, religion, or social class.
Members must be loyal to the Party, safeguard its Constitution, and pledge allegiance to its rules and obligations.
Members shall uphold the Party Motto: Freedom, Justice, Equality, and Honesty.
All subscriptions and commitments to the Party manifesto and programs must be honored.
Members shall support the rule of law, democracy, and the building of strong institutions.
No member shall engage in torture, suppression, or support of oppressive laws.
Human rights, democratic freedoms, and liberties shall always be defended.
Members shall accept progressive criticism and promote transparency, accountability, and good governance.
Free and fair elections within the Party and in Kenya must be supported.
Members must prioritize Party interests above personal interests in all dealings.
Respect for private ownership and protection of public property is mandatory.

By subscribing to this Code of Conduct, I pledge to honor and abide by its values and principles. I understand that violation of this code may result in disqualification from candidacy or leadership within the Party.
